Beat Services In Scotland

In addition to a dedicated helpline for Scotland (0808 801 0432 or via email), Beat offers a range of services for people in Scotland who may be supporting someone with an eating disorder.

Support if you are experiencing Binge Eating Disorder

Momentum is a support service for those 18 or over who have Binge Eating Disorder or are experiencing binge-eating episodes.

In Scotland our service can help if you’re finding it hard to get eating disorder treatment for yourself or for someone you care about.

Training for professionals

Workshops

Our half-day virtual workshops allow you to learn more about specific topics (e.g. exercise) and their relationships with eating disorders and give you valuable networking opportunities.

We have limited free tickets for individuals for each workshop on a first-come-first-served basis, after which these cost £61.
