Scotland - Help is just a click away

Self-referral, free of charge services for those based in Scotland.

You can self-refer into one of our programmes if you are supporting someone with an eating disorder. We have a range of fully funded programmes for carers in Scotland to help you gain confidence and develop the skills you need to support your loved one.

Services for those supporting someone with Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED and other disordered eating presentations or behaviours (for ARFID see below).

Support for those supporting a loved one - no diagnosis needed.

We have a range of online workshops and training programmes for Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED and other eating disorders. You can sign-up for these through POD - our e-learning platform.

1-2-1 support for parents and carers.

Nexus offers support for carers whose loved one is experiencing Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder or OSFED (Other Specified Feeding and Eating Disorder).  Loved one's do not need a formal diagnosis.

Services for those supporting a young person with ARFID.

ARFID support for Parents and Carers

Endeavour is a peer support group for parents and carers of children and young people aged 5-15, with an ARFID (Avoidance/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) diagnosis and/or displaying ARFID behaviours and presentations.

Introducing ANCHOR, our new 1-2-1 support programme for people supporting a young person with ARFID.

Delivered via zoom over 12 weeks, we are offering a safe space to open up about how you are feeling and to develop your skills to support your young person (aged 5-17).
