Do you already have your own place in the Cardiff Half Marathon?
Join our fantastic team of runners with no minimum fundraising target.
The Cardiff Half Marathon in now one of the largest and most iconic road races in Europe.
The event attracts over 27,500 registered runners alongside world-class athletes. This flat and fast race takes its runners through beautiful scenery and past the capital’s most prestigious landmarks including Cardiff Castle and the stunning Cardiff Bay.
Unfortunately, we do not have any of our own charity places in the event. However, if you have a Cardiff Half Marathon ballot place, we’d love for you to join Team Beat.
Simply click "I have my own place" to let us know that you would like to run the Cardiff Half in aid of Beat.
Join Team Beat and be part of the movement to end the pain and suffering caused by eating disorders. It is only thanks to our amazing team of supporters, that our Helpline services are open 365 days a year and ensure that no one has to suffer alone.
We will support you with your fundraising giving you hints and tips along the way as well as a free Beat running top to wear on race day. There is no minimum sponsorship - we simply ask you to raise as much as you can!
If you have any questions, get touch with Lara our Community Fundraising Officer at fundraising@beateatingdisorders.org.uk.
Any half marathon is an extremely demanding physical challenge. We strongly suggest that you consult your doctor or clinician before taking part in this event, especially if you have a current or previous medical condition including any experience of an eating disorder. Please also ensure you read and agree to our Fundraising Guidelines.
