We offer a number of eating disorder online support groups for those with eating disorders. Find out more about each group at the links below, and find the one that's right for you. Better yet, you don't have to have a formal diagnosis of an eating disorder to use any of them.
Monday from 6:45pm to 7:45pm. |
SWAN A support group for anyone who has or thinks they may have anorexia. |

HUMMINGBIRD A support group for anyone with an ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) diagnosis and/or experiencing ARFID symptoms. |
